Position Overview

Supervise the C&S Print Shop, an in plant print shop for the largest grocery wholesale distributor in the nation. Responsible for day to day administrative and design operations, oversee a high-volume of complex projects while ensuring on-time delivery within budget parameters, high attention to detail and organization, maintain a safe work environment and a collaborative work environment. C&S Print Shop overview:The C&S Print Shop offers printing services including sheet fed offset, large format sign printing, direct to garment printing, specialty printing, digital printing and graphic design/web design services. Our service area covers Maine to Hawaii.

Job Description

• Directly supervises and assigns applicable work to staff in the design, administrative and customer service roles at the C&S Print Shop. Assists with training, performance reviews, coaching and talent development
• Review jobs, job tickets and schedules production across all print shop departments.
• Work with designers and clients maintains excellent Customer Service levels with internal and external customers to develop printed materials.
• Graphic Design and pre-press daily.
• Collaborate with administrative team to complete quotes and verify billing; reviews and approves financial forms prior to submission to Finance Leadership.
• Order printing inventory, project materials, and other necessary supplies.
• Completes daily and weekly Payroll tasks for the C&S Print Shop team
• Travel Required:No

Skills

• Specialized Knowledge : Graphic Design knowledge; Demonstrated proficiency in organization and time management.
• Special Skills : Budgeting experience and familiar with print shop equipment

Years Of Experience

• 2-5 : Minimum of three years of applicable experience
