Job Description
- Req#: 25-31531
- Drive to customer sites for printer and copier support
- Clean devices and replace basic parts and supplies
- Fix most equipment issues (about 70% of the job)
- Set up and configure devices (IP address, scan settings, user access, etc.)
- Install printer drivers and map printers to PCs
- Provide basic training to users
- Monitor and order supplies
- Handle service calls and report issues
- Update software and manage remote fixes
- Support both Xerox and non-Xerox devices
- Keep track of meter reads, billing info, and inventory
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic English reading and writing
- Strong customer service and communication
- Able to work independently
- Good at solving printer problems
- Experience with printer/network troubleshooting (1–2 years)
- Able to manage time and tasks effectively
Pay rate: $19.78/hr
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Location: Lewisville, TX
Duration: 1 year
Summary:
The candidate will drive within a 50-mile radius of Dallas, TX. Most days involve traveling between medical office sites for scheduled maintenance. Some days may be spent at a single location. Driving needs will vary daily.
