      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Verify insurance eligibility and benefit levels for medications
      - Communicate with payers and clinical partners to facilitate authorization processes
      - Coordinate and supply necessary information for pre-certification and authorization requirements
      - Analyze service environment and provide resources to enhance productivity
      - Maintain strong business relationships with key accounts, including patients and providers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail pharmacy setting, medical billing, or insurance verification
      - Registered as a Pharmacy Technician and in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy preferred
      - Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
      - Proficiency in pharmacy software and Microsoft Word

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certified Pharmacy Technician if required by state law
      - Working knowledge of the 340B Drug Pricing Program
      - Experience managing emotional customer situations with sensitivity
      - Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new skills with minimal supervision
      - Proven track record of maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
