What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with providers and practice staff, building relationships and providing support
- Act as a point of contact for community practices requiring access to electronic medical records
- Educate and train office staff on CareLink features
- Investigate and report on privacy and confidentiality issues under HIPAA
- Maintain documentation for privacy incident investigations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, legal, or related field
- 2 years of experience in healthcare operations or compliance activities
- 1 year of recent experience in physician practices
- Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC), Certified in Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC), or other compliance/privacy certification
- Training in Epic or other EHR
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with CompliancePro Health
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in electronic case management systems
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
