      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Solicit and secure new contracts without cold calling while managing client requests and expectations
      - Negotiate and prepare client contracts, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and provider qualifications
      - Maintain open communication with clients and agents post-flight for feedback and future business opportunities
      - Track flight movements and coordinate with providers from booking to completion of flights
      - Calculate commissions accurately and manage invoicing processes for clients and providers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in the charter industry or aviation sales
      - Strong personal integrity and professionalism in all transactions
      - Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proven success in selling charter management services
      - Relevant aviation industry degree or equivalent experience
      - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
      - Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes
