      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Secure new contracts and manage client requests without cold calling
      - Negotiate and prepare contracts while ensuring compliance with insurance and company standards
      - Maintain open communication with clients and agents for feedback and future business opportunities
      - Coordinate flight details and special requests, tracking all flight movements
      - Build and sustain strong relationships with agent partners and clients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of experience in the charter industry or aviation sales
      - Professional representation of the employer with integrity in all transactions
      - Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
      - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Proficient in computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; BS/BA degree or relevant aviation experience

      - Proven success in selling charter management services
      - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
      - Experience in maintaining insurance databases and managing client invoices
