      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive retail sales from a network of high-net-worth individuals in private aviation
      - Develop, implement, and refine an effective charter marketing strategy by monitoring industry trends
      - Partner with executives to coordinate and promote charter services
      - Promote and sell charter block-time products to clients
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Charter Sales, Flight Support, Finance & Accounting, and marketing

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-5 years of hands-on Part 135 sales and sales operations experience
      - Proven track record of increasing revenue growth through optimizing sales operations
      - Strong understanding of business relationships with high-net-worth individuals
      - Excellent interpersonal skills to develop and maintain client relationships
      - Ability to work with high-end automotive dealers, wealth management, and real estate sectors

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in developing and closing new retail sales opportunities
      - Familiarity with charter marketing strategies and industry trends
      - Background in private aviation or related luxury services
      - Established connections within affluent networks or luxury brands
      - Strong negotiation and closing skills
