What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive retail sales from a network of High Net Worth Individuals in private aviation
- Develop, implement, and refine effective charter marketing strategies by monitoring industry trends
- Promote and sell charter block-time products to clients
- Partner with executives to coordinate and promote charter services
- Make initial introductions to clients for Part 91 or Part 135 management prospects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5 years of hands-on Part 135 sales and sales operations experience
- Proven track record of increasing revenue growth through optimizing sales operations
- Strong understanding of business relationships and excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience working with High Net Worth individuals across various industries
- Ability to develop and close new retail sales opportunities to grow a successful book of business
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the private aviation industry or related fields
- Established network of contacts within high-end automotive, wealth management, or real estate sectors
- Previous experience in charter sales or aircraft management solutions
