      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chats
      - Maintain accountability for accurate data entry and documentation of all interactions
      - Support hospital marketing efforts through referrals and class/event registration
      - Communicate professionally and respectfully while providing high-quality customer service
      - Achieve established performance standards including average speed of answer and transaction time

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Must be available to work on Saturdays
      - No prior experience required
      - Ability to manage high volumes of customer contacts effectively
      - Strong communication skills for interacting with patients and staff

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a customer service role, particularly in a healthcare setting
      - Familiarity with patient navigation and appointment scheduling processes
      - Knowledge of healthcare systems and terminology
      - Ability to handle sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA regulations
      - Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records
