      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial service companies to drive Pro Product success and customer retention
      - Analyze product adoption data to identify insights, tailored solutions, and risks
      - Collaborate with Pro Implementation and Pro Account Management teams to enhance onboarding and product utilization
      - Foster a high-trust environment to encourage customer referrals and positive sentiment
      - Participate in feedback loops with Product to align customer experience with product offerings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of experience managing multiple accounts or 1+ years in the home services industry in a managerial role
      - BA/BS degree preferred
      - Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong leadership skills
      - Demonstrated capacity for multi-tasking and data-driven decision-making
      - Strong communication and organizational skills with a positive attitude towards ambiguity

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the home services industry as a General Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role
      - Familiarity with recurring revenue business models and their value drivers
