What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents and pleadings related to probate and estate litigation
- Organize and maintain case files, including tracking deadlines and statutory docketing
- Prepare trial binders, exhibits, and evidence for court presentations
- Provide legal assistant support through document management and client communication
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Arizona probate and estate litigation paralegal work
- Must have a home office setup with a reliable computer, WiFi, and phone
- Proficiency in case/transaction management and drafting software
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 products and Google applications
- Availability during business hours, Monday through Friday
