      PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

      The P & CI Lead will support the Transition Manager to ensure that all Process & Control Improvement (P&CI) related activities are met on time in full and ensure that if localization is required, that this does not compromise the overall control environment.

      QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

      • An Honour's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Economics, etc); a Master's degree being advantageous
      • 5 – 8 years demonstrated experience in processes and control, risk management
      • MS Office proficient (MS Office systems)
      • Preferred operational experience (shopfloor)
      • Roles and authorization exposure will be advantageous

      KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

      • Co-ordinate all P&CI responsibilities.
      • Ensure attendance and alignment with Workstream leads prior to all workshops.
      • Be the driving force to ensure risk and controls are clearly understood by all concerned.
      • In the event of defilation ensure that adequate mitigating controls are introduced.
      • Ensure that processes as per global designed is implemented and understood.
      • Ensure that control performers are trained in all control related activities.
      • Drive the BPO agenda and ensure BPOs are identified.
      • Coordinate the role mapping process.
      • Ensure that roles are defined in such a way that SODs are minimized.
      • Drive the use of PPIs/KPIs and ensure that management is aware of the importance of these.
      • Monitoring control performance/evidence after go live.
      • Proactively communicate any concerns with Central P&CI.
      • Assist with implementing interface control monitoring.
      • Ensure that UAT is performed with correctly assigned roles and defects resolved swiftly.
      • Assist with ensuring various controls points are in place for data migration.
      • Ensure that Toll Gate activities are signed off on time and in full.
