Education: University level, Master’s degree in Process Safety professional and Safety registration (e.g. IOSH or equivalent)

Work experience: aprox 10 years.

Required work experience in field of expertise: Demonstrated subject matter expertise and experience in leading and designing process safety programs.

Experience in performing Hazop studies and managing plans. Experience in transformational journeys is preferred.

Other fields of expertise: Safety management system (including Auditing, reporting and data analytics

Functional skills: Knowledgeable about process safety risks/layers of protection, process safety international standards and regulations, safety management system.

What will you do as a Process Safety Lead? You will define the process safety strategy and build capabilities within the organization, coaching and developing knowledge across the OpCos (Operating Companies).
Your Responsibilities:
·Define Process Safety strategy, Programs and global standards through consultation with key stakeholders
·Build Process safety capabilities within the organization, coaching and developing knowledge across the OpCos (Operating Companies)
·Review and advise on safety risks on process safety field, execute audits and inspections with a clear focus on reducing safety risks in operations.
· Lead Process Safety CoE (Center of Excellence)
·Actively drive collaboration and best practice sharing across HEINEKEN community.
·Develop process safety performance reports and propose safety improvements.
·Lead/support process safety incident investigations and share learnings across HEINEKEN
For this role, we’re looking for someone with the ability to manage stakeholders. Part of this will include your ability to connect and manage relationships with multiple colleagues at every level. Multitasking, agility and resilience is key.
