      Do you have experience working in a Finance or Accounting environment? Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity?

      This is a fantastic opportunity to join SSCL. You'll be responsible for performing transactional O2C activities such as bank reconciliations, inputting and posting general ledger journals, creating AR customers, invoices, credits and statements, debt collection activity and management of third party money activities for SSCL Clients.

      This is a hybrid role, working in our Newport office for 2 days a week (Tuesday and Wednesday), and working from home the rest of the week.

      What you will be doing:

      • Ensure day to day service delivery and achievement of all Order to Cash SLA's by monitoring workloads and raising issues that could affect delivery targets
      • Understand the boundaries of SSCL service delivery to the client and where issues arise that are within SSCL’s remit, take ownership and seek to overcome them
      • Understand agreed PSOP service level agreements (SLA) and strive to meet them by achieving daily targets
      • To maintain records and filing systems, retrieving information as required
      • To collate and issue documentation as required
      • To take messages, deal with enquiries via email and phone and resolve or raise as necessary
      • To assist in the production of weekly and monthly project control information standard management information, along with month end reports, as required

      What you'll bring:

      • Good Microsoft Word and Excel skills
      • Knowledge and understanding of the processes, systems and operations of the department in which the role is located
      • Prioritise own workload and meet deadlines with support where required
      • Communicate clearly and concisely with people at all levels both internally and externally
      • Takes pride in delivering a high quality, high accuracy tasks under deadlines
