Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate, customer care! In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining positive relationships, fostering loyalty, and driving customer satisfaction. Responsibilities • Receive and respond to inbound customer calls and chats, capturing and verifying required information for our banking client. • Comprehend customer requests for products or services and provide accurate information and solutions. • Interact with customers in a call center environment for a client who manages credit card transactions and payment disputes. • Document customer interactions in the system with precise notes indicating actions taken or required follow-up for auditing and reporting purposes. • Ensure adherence to accurate security procedures on all customer interactions. • Provide exceptional service to high-value customers, fostering strong relationships and promoting customer retention and growth. • Act as a product knowledge specialist, staying updated on banking products, services, and procedures. • Deliver excellent customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and concerns within established standards. • Maintain strict adherence to all operational and compliance procedures to ensure regulatory requirements are met. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Previous experience in customer service. • Fluent in English (verbal and written). • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, can effectively communicate complex information to customers. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications/ Skills • Knowledge of banking products, services, and procedures preferred. • Commitment to upholding security measures and compliance standards. Work Requirements • 5 days a week in the office with rotational days offs during the week. • Weekends may be required. • Midday and evening shifts are available which will span 9 hours (including break times). The approximate hourly base compensation range for this position is $16/hr. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity.
