What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide resolution to identified overpayments through written correspondence, outbound calls, or claim adjustments
- Research and adjust claims according to plan contract provisions and governing policies
- Resolve Accounts Receivable (AR) issues, including the management of Cash Receipts in the Universal Payment System (UPS)
- Ensure timely resolution of service requests in alignment with customer health benefit coverage
- Coordinate with various teams to address inquiries regarding claim payments, benefits, and appeals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1 to 2 years of customer service or benefit processing experience
- Strong PC skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical thinking abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology
