      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze, document, and optimize business processes across the Long Term Care Management ACO organization
      - Create detailed process maps using industry-standard tools and ensure alignment with compliance requirements
      - Develop comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that are clear and actionable
      - Recommend process improvements and monitor adherence to SOPs
      - Facilitate workshops and communicate complex processes to stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in process mapping, business analysis, or operations documentation
      - Proficiency in process mapping tools such as Visio and documentation software
      - Strong understanding of SOP development and compliance standards
      - Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Understanding of ACO programs and value-based care
      - Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
