      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Facilitate, train, and coach individuals in applying performance improvement methodologies
      - Design, direct, and conduct cross-functional healthcare projects to enhance quality and safety
      - Collaborate with faculty, operational leaders, and staff to optimize patient experience and financial performance
      - Engage with UAMS ICE faculty, administration, and trainees to foster a culture of improvement
      - Provide feedback and coaching to enhance team performance across disciplines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Baccalaureate Degree in Industrial Engineering, Nursing, Health Administration, Quality Improvement, or equivalent
      - Minimum of 4 years of experience in continuous improvement methodologies such as PDSA, lean, or six sigma
      - Advanced computer program proficiency
      - Excellent communication skills in oral, written, and presentation formats
      - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in project management and rapid cycle improvement methodologies
      - Demonstrated change management and conflict resolution skills
      - Proficiency in office automation software including statistical programs
      - Ability to multitask with a high degree of accuracy and minimal direction
      - Strong organizational and time management skills
