What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze diverse data sets to identify trends, measure project effectiveness, and propose improvements
- Define and document business requirements based on data insights to address operational challenges
- Identify key performance metrics for initiatives and establish reporting methods and formats
- Support projects throughout the entire project lifecycle from inception to maintenance
- Create and execute test cases, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to validate software changes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in retail, business, or finance
- Experience with data and statistical analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with SQL preferred

- Experience in software implementation or operational process improvement
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate diverse data sets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying complex information
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a dynamic environment
