Job Description:
Job expectations include managing projects and the introduction of new initiatives, technology/people/process changes and coordinating necessary expertise across multiple operations functions and products.
This job is responsible for analyzing processes, documenting business case opportunities, and implementing process improvement/business enablement initiatives in support of Operational Excellence and Business Enablement Objectives.
Key responsibilities include managing process improvement projects, partnering with business leaders and subject matter experts, ensuring collaboration and transparency across business and technology and or data teams, and driving execution of solutions within target timeframes.
Responsibilities
- Works directly with Line of Business partners to gather information needed to identify and implement solutions that resolve critical business challenges and opportunities
- Drive root cause analysis on business process issues and to identify and document improvement opportunities and efficiency gains in the context of wider function and upstream/ downstream dependencies
- Examines processes holistically to understand the impact of changing them on people, strategy, systems, and general business operations
- Implements solutions to address issues and risks, optimize efficiency, and improve controls, quality, and sustainability
- Establishes and implements a model for continuous process improvement by taking responsibility for process management governance and driving business change throughout the organization
- Leverages data and critical thinking to solve complex business problems and translate issues into structured design-oriented solutions to assist the organization in meeting its business objectives and goals
- Manages process improvement and/or business enablement efforts utilizing standard project management skillsets
- Communicate the benefits, impacts and risks of any process changes to stakeholdersRequired Skills:
