- Support the WalkMe Home Lending strategy, scope and approach for WalkMe product
- Support the WalkMe vendor, product teams, controls and the automation team to define and build out a sustainable process and approach for managing WalkMe instances across Home Lending
- Work with partners to identify and validate use cases to drive the effective use of WalkMe to improve Home Lending end users experience
- Support the coordination and facilitation of requirements, usability testing, licensing and production validation for WalkMe implementations
- Act as a voice of the customer and influence product vision
- Reporting and Data Visualization
- Bachelors degree or college level with at least 2 years of work experience with above average performance ideally in a business, financial or technical discipline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Teams, SharePoint, JIRA
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Self-directed, with ability to perform with ambiguity or changing direction often, flexible
- Proven strategic leadership, influencer who drives decision making
- Ability to support the delivery of high-quality results under tight deadlines
- Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem solving ability
- Project Management experience and Home Lending systems knowledge preferred
- Broad Home Lending Business knowledge
- Reporting and Data Visualization (Alteryx and Tableau)
- Strong Collaboration and Relationship building skills
- Strong attention to detail and Data management, interpretation and analysis
- Knowledge of Change Management process and functions
- Understanding of the components of common web technology (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery) and Agile product development techniques and practices
As a Process Improvement Associate in Project Management and WalkMe Builder team you are responsible for supporting the WalkMe process and governance across Home Lending. You will collaborate with business leaders, product teams, automation team, technology, controls, and other key stakeholders to support the overall WalkMe strategy. You will support the solution development, delivery, and governance across, which will include intake, solution creation/deployment, approval, and inventory management for the WalkMe tool.
