      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Plan, develop, and track process improvement and operational projects related to clinical outcomes
      - Serve as the primary subject matter expert for clinical health outcomes
      - Review all clinical member materials and ensure quality and accuracy
      - Collaborate with the analytics team on process improvement reporting and scheduling
      - Evaluate quality measures and provide recommendations for operational improvements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or a related field, or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 5 years of process improvement experience, preferably in a managed care environment
      - Current state licensure as an RN or LCSW
      - Experience in project coordination preferred
      - Driver's license preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC)
      - Certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in relevant specialties
      - Experience with case and disease management initiatives
      - Familiarity with HEDIS outcome measures
      - Proven ability to analyze member survey results for process improvements
