      To provide effective demand servicing to customers. Ensure effective communication to customers (internal /external) on status of supply and availability of material.

      Responsibilities

      • SOP (Sales Order Processing) for all order types based on the rule set provided by the principal.
      • Close interaction with Marketing Services, Business Support, Affiliates, and Agents.
      • Timely customer communication on order status and supply/availability updates.
      • Achieve 100% delivery performance with key customers.
      • Capture customer complaints in the QNS (Quality Notification System).
      • Arrange issuance of debit/credit notes to customers.
      • Communicate with internal/external customers, Affiliates, Transport, Order Fulfillment, and Credit Management.
      • Provide feedback to customers regarding Order Confirmation (OC), dispatch information, and order status.
      • Prepare reports such as KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), Telephony, and Ticketing Tool metrics.
      • Manage the team with informal authority.
      • Monitor workload balancing across the team.
      • Shift Time: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM (Pick up & Drop provided)

      Requirements

      • Any Graduate
      • 5-7 years relevant experience in Order Management or Customer Service.
      • Working experience with a captive or outsourced shared service centre.
      • Preferred experience in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module.
