      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the initial point of contact for clients, loan officers, and underwriters to facilitate the loan approval process
      - Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
      - Maintain strong relationships with clients while ensuring regulatory compliance during the closing process
      - Develop a deep understanding of mortgage loan products and underwriting guidelines to assist clients effectively
      - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the loan process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
      - 2-3 years' experience in mortgage lending or a related financial analysis role
      - Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service with a positive and professional attitude
      - Proficient in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and mortgage industry tools (e.g., Encompass, Calyx Point)
      - Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with FHA, VA, and conventional loan closing processes
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
      - Previous administrative support experience in a loan processing team
