What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage end-to-end Procure to Pay process flows
- Handle activities related to Procurement, PO management, Supplier Management, and Invoice Management
- Analyze key governance metrics and support timely payments
- Lead reporting of key performance metrics and spend analyses
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance P2P operations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Finance, Accounts Payable, or Purchasing
- In-depth understanding of business processes such as Order to Cash or Procure to Pay cycles
- Relevant degree in Accounting, Mathematics, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related fields
- Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous exposure to Oracle Fusion, Coupa, or other Procurement ERP systems
- Experience in the multi-family real estate industry or asset management industry
