What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage supplier maintenance fee collections end-to-end, including resolving billing discrepancies and processing refund requests
- Investigate and resolve billing issues and payment disputes while maintaining strong relationships with supplier partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and supplier partners to enhance fee collection performance
- Identify and execute improvements to supplier communication and accounts receivable processes
- Review and present monthly fee collection reports and analyze payment trends for operational improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of experience in supplier management programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong expertise in Salesforce platform
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
