      We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement & Strategy Manager to join our Global Supply Chain and Transportation Procurement team. In this role, you will support Vendor Sourcing Managers while managing transportation service procurement activities and driving strategic initiatives through data-driven insights and process improvements.

      Key job responsibilities
      - Partner with Vendor Sourcing Managers to execute procurement strategies for transportation services
      - Own and analyze key performance metrics for the transportation procurement portfolio
      - Conduct detailed invoice analysis and resolve discrepancies with vendors
      - Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
      - Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with service level agreements
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with business needs
      - Create and maintain procurement documentation and reporting dashboards
      - Support strategic sourcing initiatives and contract negotiations

      - Drive data-driven decision making through metrics analysis and reporting
      - Support strategic sourcing initiatives and vendor management activities
      - Identify and implement process improvements across the procurement lifecycle
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives
      - Manage complex projects and initiatives independently
      - Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal partners- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
      - 2+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, transportation or related area
      - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
      - Excellent project management and organizational skills
      - Strong verbal and written communication abilities
      - Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities- Experience in transportation or logistics procurement
      - Knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS)
      - Familiarity with procurement analytics and spend analysis tools
      - Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent)
      - Experience with process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean)
