Lead simple to moderately complex Logistics and Global Fleet sourcing projects that include single source and RFI, RFP, RFQ opportunities for the assigned category.

Review, redline, and negotiate a wide variety of moderately complex Logistics and Global Fleet supplier agreements in coordination with Legal and other internal stakeholders.

Process new confidentiality agreement requests submitted by internal stakeholders and Category Managers. Renew confidentiality agreements at the request of internal stakeholders and CMs.

Renegotiate simple to moderately complex agreement renewals and amendments as requested by stakeholders and CMs.

Work with Procurement Operations buying team and Enterprise Services teams to issue Purchase Orders and submit/reconcile invoices.

Daily interaction with internal stakeholders and suppliers on procurement projects.

Manage and develop supplier relationships for the assigned category. Monitor supplier performance to meet delivery commitments and agreement terms.

Take on special projects assigned by Supervisor.

2+ years experience in Supply Chain / Logistics

Familiarity with various Supply Chain supplier agreements and working knowledge of key terms and conditions

Proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proactive follow up with stakeholders and suppliers.

Analytics and problem solving.

Attention to detail.

Ability to manage a wide variety of procurement requests within project deadlines.

Good project management skills and the ability to successfully collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups in the company.

Experience negotiating.

Power BI and advanced Excel capability is a plus.

Summary
The Procurement Category Specialist is responsible for identifying and executing sourcing projects in the Supply Chain and Logistics category for various global stakeholders. Sourcing projects follow a defined process, including market sourcing, pricing and agreement negotiations, supplier onboarding, tracking deliverables, and monitoring supplier performance to project completion. This position requires skills in project management, data analytics and problem solving, attention to detail, clear written and verbal communication, collaboration and teamwork, and negotiation.
