      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and oversee the procurement of design, construction, commodities, and service-related contracts
      - Develop, issue, and manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Purchase Orders (POs), and related procurement documents
      - Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with contract terms
      - Conduct market research to analyze trends and supplier capabilities within the construction and nuclear industries
      - Prepare regular reports on procurement activities and maintain accurate procurement records for audits

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, specifically with construction contracts
      - Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certificate in Procurement and Supply Operations (CIPS) required
      - Proven experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and vendor management
      - Strong understanding of construction industry standards and procurement processes
      - Familiarity with nuclear quality assurance requirements (e.g., NQA-1) is a significant advantage

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with procurement of safety-related requirements per ASME Nuclear Quality Assurance (NQA-1) standards
      - Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms (e.g., NetSuite)
      - Experience with finance-related software (e.g., Ramp)
      - Certified International Procurement Manager (CIPM) or Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP) is desired
