      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive procurement efficiency and vendor alignment across the employer's brand, focusing on MRO categories
      - Develop strong supplier relationships and lead cost-reduction initiatives
      - Collaborate with Marine Procurement Agents to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing
      - Manage procurement activities related to maintenance and repair, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
      - Identify cost savings opportunities through process improvements and supplier performance management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or a related field
      - Minimum of 5 years’ experience in procurement, vendor relations, and cross-functional collaboration
      - Proven ability to lead change and deliver results across multiple business units
      - Strong background in negotiating complex contracts and driving cost savings
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in M&R operations, ideally in a procurement management role
      - Familiarity with marine vessel systems such as engines, generators, and HVAC components
      - Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership through data-driven recommendations
      - Comfortable working in both corporate office and marine environments
      - Experience in managing supplier relationships and resolving performance issues
