The Content Optimization and Studio team - let’s introduce ourselves
The Content Optimization and Studio team is responsible for content activated in paid media channels and across volvocars.com through a central distribution of content. Our team consists of graphic designers, copywriters, planners and content optimization specialists. We are on an exciting journey creating and shaping the route ahead for digital content and combining data and content metrics for always pushing performance. Within the team we emphasize willingness to continually learn, having an open mind, and being able to align with our shared objectives are vital. You are a collaborator and will with various teams execute on briefs to ensure top quality.
Producer – this is what you’ll do
• Responsible for overseeing the production process of content campaigns, always on and Flip markets, working closely with the content planning team and ensuring that the content is delivered on time and meets the specifications outlined in the brief.
• Receive content briefs from the Content Planner and review thoroughly to gain a clear understanding of project objectives, target audience, and creative requirements. Allocate resources and establish project timelines for the content production team, including copywriters, designers, motion etc.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency. Foster strong collaboration and communication within the production team and across departments to ensure effective production execution.
You’ll work closely together with our full production team as well as team up with our Content Planners, taking our content briefs forward to the best possible execution. You will manage the workflow and prioritizations for the team and monitor the production making necessary adjustments ensuring objectives are met.
We’re looking for you!
You are an experienced producer with a proven background in content distribution and scaling content for global brands. We are looking for a data-driven producer with experience from working with digital marketing. You are methodical, process driven and can manage multiple workflows in a cross-functional setting across regions.
You've worked with global brands, and you understand the cultural differences and challenges they can bring. Experience working with direct markets and direct to consumer content. Creativity and a collaborative mindset are critical, planning, and organizational skills are also needed.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a related field.
• Well experienced in content management systems and relevant digital marketing tools.
• Extensive experience working with content distribution and scaling content for global brands.
• Minimum of 5 years ‘proven professional experience working for an agency or in-house production.
• Thrives in a fast-paced work environment and meets tight deadlines
• Fluent English written and spoken.
