Job Description

Secure venues and lead site inspections to evaluate space, flow, and capabilities
Oversee all technical and AV equipment set-up; coordinate closely with technical directors to deliver on the creative vision
Attend rehearsals and show run-throughs to proactively address potential issues
Ensure seamless day-of execution by resolving any technical or operational challenges
Translate client and internal team direction into actionable project plans and deliverables
Develop timelines, track milestones, and assist in refining Statements of Work
Lead internal and external teams across all project phases—from concept through completion
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and client expectations are met
Serve as the central communication point across all stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution
Source and contract a range of vendors and staffing needs (e.g., catering, AV, talent, décor)
Lead vendor negotiations and manage performance against expectations
Coordinate with internal project leads and ensure cross-functional deliverables are met
Assign responsibilities throughout planning and production phases to keep the team organized and efficient
3–5 years of experience in event production or live event management
3–5 years of demonstrated project management experience
Automotive event experience strongly preferred
Ability to balance technical, budgetary, and design aspects of an event
Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple priorities
Proven ability to lead teams and execute projects independently
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Creative and analytical thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Willingness to travel 10–20% of the time

The Producer is responsible for leading the planning and execution of high-impact live events from concept through completion. This includes managing all staff, vendors, and resources to ensure flawless delivery and exceptional quality. The Producer also plays a key role in guiding client and attendee participation, ensuring a seamless and engaging event experience for all involved.The Producer coordinates internal and external resources to flawlessly implement all creative, technical, and logistical aspects of an event.
