      Producer / Project Manager

      Our Producer position oversees and coordinates the day-to-day activities, scheduling, purchasing, and communication of the production department, field operations, account management, and creative department related to production elements for programs and our clients.

      Duties/Responsibilities:
      • Communicate with clients and lead them through various stages of production including handoff from sales
      • Procure elements to complete contracted elements per program
      • Source and manage third party vendors
      • Main point of contact/liaison for all project communication
      • Assist account managers with program execution to meet client demands
      • Responsible for adhering to project budget & deadlines
      • Review production schedules to ensure timelines support project deadlines
      • Review creative elements for quality control prior to sending out to clients
      • Lead interdepartmental communications between Lime teams with client contacts
      • Performs other related duties as assigned

      Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
      • Collaboration - liaise between client and internal teams to ensure project success at every stage
      • Accuracy - work with excellence to maintain a high level of accuracy regarding resource allocation for all aspects of operations including budget, labor, change orders, troubleshooting, and communications to meet and exceed client expectations.
      • Quality - maintain minimum client satisfaction rating goal of 95%.
      • Timely - be obsessive with deadlines and continually reinforce expectations internally and externally
      • Communication - Overcommunicate at every level, ensuring peace and pace for clients and teams


      Requirements

      Required Skills/Abilities:
      • High energy, extremely organized, and flexible with the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project, and deadline-oriented environment
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric mindset
      • Entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach to problem solving and solution selling
      • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
      • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

      Education and Experience:
      • 5-7 years of previous estimating, program/account management experience
      • Associate's degree preferred
