      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as an analytical and strategic partner between technology and business teams
      - Contribute to product vision, discovery, and development while translating complex data into actionable recommendations
      - Identify, research, define, and document recommendations for new product solutions and enhancements
      - Develop and monitor dashboards to track product performance and link insights to actionable business decisions
      - Participate in internal and client testing and support analytics/reporting for new and existing products

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in business, computer/data science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
      - Minimum 5 years’ experience in product, business, or data analysis roles, ideally within healthcare technology
      - Experience with healthcare administrative and payment systems
      - Advanced analytical skills; proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
      - Strong attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in health IT, fintech, or a start-up environment
      - Familiarity with Agile methodologies, requirement gathering, and writing user stories
      - Demonstrated experience with creating new product solutions
      - Experience on payer or provider side of healthcare technology
      - Knowledge of ANSI and X12 transactions; familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence
