What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable Jira stories
- Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure stories are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for development
- Own the QA process by documenting test suites, coordinating test automation efforts, and validating final delivery to production
- Conduct user research, surveys, and interviews to gather feedback and validate product direction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or relevant work experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a product analyst or agile delivery role, with experience in QA or process design being a plus
- Hands-on experience using Jira for project tracking and agile delivery
- Deep understanding of Scrum methodologies and experience facilitating agile ceremonies
- Familiarity with technologies such as ServiceNow ITSM (or similar, e.g., BMC Remedy, Zendesk, Jira ServiceDesk)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in quality assurance or process design
- Familiarity with agile delivery best practices and methodologies
