What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the Product Manager in executing and delivering on product roadmap commitments
- Elicit complete business and functional requirements from various stakeholders/SMEs
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements, including product features and integrations
- Document requirements in the form of User Stories for shared understanding with Engineering teams
- Facilitate requirements discussions using various elicitation methods and assist with system design
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, liberal arts, science, or engineering
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in product analysis or a related field
- Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills with high attention to detail
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to influence stakeholders and scrum team members
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in Risk Management and/or Property & Casualty Insurance
