What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze customer and site data to identify trends, friction points, and opportunities for enhancements
- Conduct research on user stories and requests to define requirements and expected benefits
- Measure, track, and report results from completed initiatives against KPIs such as engagement and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the Design team to ensure brand-specific identity is reflected in solutions
- Validate delivered functionality through testing and coordinate with QA to ensure requirements are met
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required; technical or analytical field preferred
- Minimum of 2 - 4 years in a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Product/Project Management role
- Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to translate insights into actionable product requirements
- Experience in Agile delivery, design thinking practice, and sprint planning
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to bridge business and technical teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certifications in relevant fields
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, design tokens) and content management systems
- Experience using industry-standard Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
