      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Participate in iteration planning meetings to ensure a common understanding of project tasks
      - Collaborate with the team in designing systems and applications
      - Engage in daily standups and retrospectives to gather feedback and improve processes
      - Support software products in user environments and contribute to overall product quality
      - Establish and maintain continuous integration and deployment pipelines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 to 10 years of experience in software development
      - Experience in developing REST APIs using Java Spring Boot
      - Knowledge of web and API security practices, including OAuth and OWASP
      - Familiarity with distributed version control systems (git) and continuous integration tools
      - Hands-on experience in backend development, including database management and messaging systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field
      - Experience working in an Agile environment or with paired programming
      - Familiarity with Python as an additional programming language
      - Experience with test-driven development and writing unit tests
      - Knowledge of architecting and designing microservices architectures
