What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with delivery partners to initiate and foster cross-functional relationships
- Serve as the primary contact for specific components of work
- Participate in initiative-level sessions and contribute to research studies
- Recommend and implement design decisions influenced by research findings
- Produce and iterate on experience artifacts, including user flows and prototypes

- Proven ability to collaborate and foster relationships across teams
- Experience in design best practices and the ability to recommend new patterns
- Strong skills in producing design artifacts such as wireframes and prototypes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in user experience research and design methodologies
- Familiarity with interaction models and design specifications
- Ability to work with low/high fidelity sketches
