      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a resource for customer technical inquiries, resolving complex issues elevated by other departments or received directly from distributors and customers
      - Respond to customer product inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, troubleshooting and resolving concerns, and documenting trends
      - Answer questions about product selection, growth characteristics, culturing procedures, and applications
      - Investigate issues, gather additional information, escalate complex problems to Senior Management, and record inquiries for escalation and product development teams
      - Maintain accurate customer information and document product issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of experience or equivalent experience
      - Prior lab experience and a biology degree (or related scientific coursework) are highly preferred
      - Excellent customer service skills or prior customer service experience, particularly in handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat
      - Strong problem-solving abilities, troubleshooting skills, and sound judgment
      - Proficiency with PC desktop environment, including Microsoft Office and database applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in training others in science or customer service skills
      - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
      - Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
      - Attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
