What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and implement user growth strategies and coordinate channel operation activities
- Track data effects and produce review reports on user growth initiatives
- Build a layered incentive system for channel/user management and drive platform user growth
- Analyze user growth data to evaluate strategy effectiveness and promote business growth
- Monitor industry dynamics and provide targeted operation optimization suggestions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3 years of experience in activity operation, particularly in the Web3 industry
- Proven track record of independently managing user growth projects with over one million users
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to coordinate with overseas partners
- Self-driven, responsible, and capable of working under pressure
- Strong ability to coordinate across departments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with user operation methods and social media growth activities, particularly with platforms like Pinduoduo and Kuaishou
