What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Research and identify new business opportunities to grow the user base and increase revenue channels
- Leverage various growth channels, including referral, content marketing, social media, and partnerships
- Act as the product owner, coordinating with cross-functional teams to execute business strategies
- Monitor and analyze key metrics to track the effectiveness of growth initiatives
- Develop innovative trading, execution, and analytics strategies to enhance product offerings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in growth hacking or digital marketing, preferably in IT companies
- At least 2 years of experience in the crypto industry, preferably in a Growth or Product role
- Proven track record of leading or participating in key product launches or growth efforts
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and tracking tools
