  Product Lead Legal and Procurement and REFMRiM

  Main responsibilities

  This position is a Senior Digital leadership role with accountability to set strategy, roadmap and lead deployment of solutions that drive value in the Procurement, Legal, Real Estate, Facilities and Record Management areas. As a member of the Global ERP and Corporate Functions team, you will partner closely with the CHC Business teams to ensure that we are clearly identifying business and customer needs, prioritizing the right features, guiding the work and developing the vision and roadmap.

  This role drives the overall awareness, prioritization, and orchestration of resources (budget and manpower) to deliver a workable product that brings business value. The position will require close collaboration with the CHC ERP architecture team, the business analysts responsible for the application landscape and the wider Sanofi global digital organization.

  This position will require leadership, motivational and collaborative skills as well as working knowledge of technologies and solutions being implemented with the ability to understand solutions being proposed and how existing solutions can be adapted to match evolving needs. You will actively manage business expectations and proactively work on closing any gaps while ensuring strategic principles are maintained.

  You will need to have good communications and interpersonal skills to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner to all stakeholders while acting as main technology leader before our business organizations:

  • Define and own end-to-end Procurement, Legal, Real Estate, Facilities and Record Management Technology Roadmaps in alignment with business stakeholders and the architecture team
  • Support overall business transformation journey adapting to process changes in multiple functional areas
  • Track comprehensive metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of Digital Solutions for CHC to deliver value
  • Understand business requirements for the various processes, ability to challenge, interpret and translate them into competitive product solutions
  • Accountable in defining and delivering programs and deliveries for the target end-to-end processes
  • Act as a technology leader and main Digital representative for concerned functions
  • Work in close collaboration with Service Performance Managers / Digital Operations teams securing appropriate SLAs for in-scope systems are well established and respected
  • Work with CHC Global data organization to define and implement effective data governance (process / organization / tools) to support CHC transformation
  • Ensures Product technology system meets all controls to address applicable quality, regulatory (Data Privacy, GxP, SOX, etc.) and cybersecurity requirements

  About you

  Experience:

  • 10+ years of work experience
  • Project management, collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with multi-geography, multi-tier service design and management
  • Experience in financial management, solution planning development and product cost estimation
  • Process knowledge & experience designing solutions for varied business areas
  • Conceptual and analytical thinking – ability to extract, analyse, and document complex business and technical requirements or strategies
  • Knowledge in BI and data visualization tools (PowerBI, Datalake, etc)
  • Knowledge of technological trends

  Soft skills:

  • Experience managing environments with significant change management needs
  • Executive level communication, ability to reconcile different stakeholder interests
  • Ability to see the strategic big picture and advise on Digital options to support
  • Capacity to reconcile multiple change workstreams and structure into concrete project dependencies

  Languages:
