Ensures FPM product execution according to the product option architecture (POA), policies and strategic objectives.
SBU point of contact for account Sales, business development and field service operation (FPM Program Manager); maintains communication with designated account teams, collects feedback and responds to escalations; supports account teams in achieving FPM contract objectives.
Works with SBU management and other stakeholders on sales process mapping; identifies gaps and proposes resolution.
Provides feedback for training material development; participates in product trainings and workshops.
Coordinates parts regain effort between Spares SBU, Field and Planning; ensures new/renewed contracts include parts targeted for regain.
Tracks contracts’ execution from booking thru renewal, identifies gaps to target, recommends corrective actions to mitigate the “off target” issues. Works with Business Subject Matter experts and IT Functional Analysts/Project Management to develop application improvements and processes.
Participates in application improvement related tasks such as business requirement document, design reviews, integration and user acceptance testing, training, reporting, communication, conversion and rollout plans.
Semiconductor industry experience in field engineering, sales, business development or operations.
AGS field experience is a plus.
Demonstrates business acumen.
Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services.
No supervisory responsibilities but provides informal guidance to new team members .
Leads others to solve complex problems; uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions.
Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelines and policies.

Spares Business Unit (SBU) of Applied Global Services (AGS) develops and manages innovative service products to assure the right spare part is delivered to the right place at the right time. As Product Line Manager you will be part of Forecasted Part Management (FPM) group. FPM is a fast-growing subscription-based spares product.

$120,000.00 - $165,000.00The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
