What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop a deep understanding of user needs through various methods, including interviews and data analysis
- Collaborate with designers and engineers to create actionable product documentation
- Steward projects, maintaining focus and momentum while considering technical constraints and UX factors
- Evaluate project outcomes both quantitatively and qualitatively after shipping
- Actively seek and provide feedback to advance product development within the team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a product management role, particularly in software development
- Strong technical background, preferably in data analysis, data engineering, or software engineering
- Ability to work asynchronously and communicate effectively in a global team
- Proven experience in leading product discovery, execution, and iteration cycles
- Strong product sense and appreciation for user experience design
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working on platform teams and understanding API considerations
- Previous roles held may include GPM, Director, or VP titles in product management
- Familiarity with data stacks and databases
