What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the product vision and strategic roadmap for customer-facing AI/ML models and data products
- Engage directly with strategic customers to co-develop innovative solutions and validate roadmaps
- Define and communicate product success using metrics aligned with customer value
- Write detailed specifications for data processes and collaborate with teams on launch plans
- Conduct product-related data analysis and translate customer requirements to data engineering
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5+ years of relevant experience in product management or data-related roles
- Strong ability to connect technical features with customer value and business outcomes
- Experience working directly with customers to gather requirements and manage feedback
- Excellent communication and data storytelling skills
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with modern BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with modern data stack tools such as Snowflake, Fivetran, and DBT
- Domain expertise in B2B SaaS verticals, particularly Field or Building Services
- Familiarity with a scripting language (like R or Python) for data analysis
- Exposure to the AI/ML lifecycle or experience with machine learning models
