What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Optimize and improve delivery and performance of digital products
- Develop and propose new product concepts through data analysis
- Lead collaboration across teams to enhance workflows and processes
- Drive brand strategy by monitoring OKRs and analyzing key metrics
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify new opportunities for improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven leadership and decision-making skills in a relevant role
- Significant experience as a product manager or in a similar cross-functional capacity
- Technical product development experience with digital products or platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making
- Excellent communication skills to build trust with internal teams and external customers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in product management, including product vision and user experience design
- A science degree and/or laboratory industry experience is a plus
- Familiarity with digital content platforms and building customer experiences
- Strength in strategy development and complex problem-solving
- Data-driven mentality with experience in setting key success metrics
