What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development of a suite of products aimed at independent retailers
- Collaborate with users and internal teams to identify and address user needs
- Formulate and implement strategies to drive product adoption among independent retailers
- Write product specifications and work closely with engineering for efficient development
- Analyze data to inform decision-making, including conducting complex analyses and A/B testing
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Technical background demonstrated through a degree in computer science or engineering, or relevant work experience
- Proven experience in building software products
- Strong desire to engage with users and understand their challenges
- Design mindset with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable in customer-facing roles, including interactions with C-suite executives
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a remote-first company or a startup environment
- Familiarity with TypeScript, Next.js, React/Redux, Python, Django, and PostgreSQL
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
