What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define the product vision and roadmap for a new Gateway Clearinghouse platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and health plans to understand their workflows
- Direct the development of operational and reporting metrics to ensure product success
- Develop requirements to support operational and business needs, translating them into user stories for development teams
- Gather, analyze, and respond to user feedback while leading a team of product owners and analysts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Product Management within the healthcare space, preferably in revenue cycle management, EDI clearinghouse, or interoperability
- Proven experience creating and executing roadmaps and leading development teams to meet deliverables
- Strong experience with the product development life cycle (PDLC)
- Familiarity with API architecture and the healthcare EDI ecosystem
- Technical acumen and ability to grasp technical concepts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare consulting and/or working in a start-up environment
- Experience working on the payer or provider side of healthcare technology
- Self-driven and passionate about delivering results
