      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with Customer Success and Sales to synthesize client requests and identify trends
      - Translate feature requests into structured problem statements through research and analysis
      - Build and maintain focus-area roadmaps, prioritizing work based on user value and measurable outcomes
      - Work closely with Engineering and Design from concept through requirements, build, launch, and iteration
      - Document product decisions, trade-offs, and rationale to ensure team transparency and continuity

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2 to 5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or a similar environment
      - Proven ability to conduct customer discovery and translate insights into clear product requirements
      - Strong analytical thinking and comfort using data to inform decisions
      - Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering and Design teams
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in higher education, workforce outcomes, or related industries
      - Familiarity with product analytics tools
